nyone who knows me knows that I gave up beef & pork over 20 years ago, 4 months ago I gave up eating all meat, went gluton free and eliminated any products containing annatto which is used in food colouring. Best thing I ever did as my body cannot tolerate any of the afore mentioned food groups. After 6 weeks I noticed that I was no longer fatigued every day, all day and I have accoomplished so much in the last 6 weeks. I thought finding plant based foods for my diet would be a problem but there is a wealth of available products today and I am enjoying everything. Here is an interesting article, a vegan big mac version and people are lining up in droves to eat one, I want me one of those!
